Welcome to AYSO Region 45!  The American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) is a nationwide non-profit organization that develops and delivers quality youth soccer programs in a fun, family environment based on our Five Principles. 

Our region provides recreational soccer to over 1900 boys and girls in grades K-12 from Mountain View, the southern portion of Los Altos and Montclaire School in the Cupertino school district , but children from any area can register.

Our primary season is in the Fall and it runs from mid-August through mid-November. Our Under 6 through Under 14 games are held on Saturdays and our Under 16 and Under 19 divisions play on Sundays. Unfortunately, we are unable to field a Spring Season due to very tight field space.

AYSO is an all-volunteer organization and every year, our region requires over 200 coaches, 100 referees, as well as many people responsible for fields, division coordination, equipment, and everything else involved in safe, fair, and fun soccer for kids.  We hope you will consider doing your part by volunteering for one of these positions when you register.
