Registration for Fall 2021 Season

Register this spring for guaranteed placement on a team (subject to enough coach and referee volunteers) and before fees go up. Please read the Registration Instructions below. Early Bird Registration ends on June 6, 2021.

Starting June 7, Under-7 to Under-19 registrations are automatically placed in the wait pool pending space on a team; there is no guaranteed placement. If we are unable to place your child by early September, you will receive a full refund if any fees have been paid (except the non-refundable National Fee of $20 & Service Fee). A player cannot be considered for team placement until registration is complete and payment has been made. Registration for our Under-6 divisions will remain open until all of the spots have been filled.

Region 45 has a limited number of scholarships available. Please send an inquiry to for more information about reduced fees.

Registration Instructions

You will need the following information ready before starting:

  • Player name, address, phone number, gender, birth date.

  • Your child’s school and grade FALL 2020 (not you child’s current school and grade).

  • Player’s Experience, Height and Weight

  • A child may specify one or more siblings to be on the same team if they are close enough in age. This information needs to be entered in the “siblings playing on the same team” field.

  • A primary email address we can use for communication.

  • Parent/guardian names and phone numbers.

  • Emergency contact info (may not be a parent), doctor name and phone, and insurance carrier with policy number.

  • PLEASE select one of the Volunteer tasks when registering. You will need to supply your photo ID number (i.e. driver’s license number or passport number) and expiration, as well as two references.

Registration Fees

The per-player registration fees for the Fall 2021 season are in the table below. These total fees include your annual, non-refundable National Player Fee of $20.00 which will be added to your cart separately at the time of check out. It does NOT include the $2.75 Service Fee as that is only per transaction, not per child.

Registration for the Fall 2021 season began in April and runs through June 6th for guaranteed placement (subject to enough coach and referee volunteers).

There are some important things to note before you use our Sports Connect on-line registration application to register your child.

Please read the following instructions before getting started.

At the end of Registration, Sports Connect provides the option to pay immediately on-line via credit card (Mastercard, Visa, or American Express). We can no longer accept check or cash payments by mail. If you do not wish to pay online, you may bring your payment to one of our walk-in registration dates (see calendar). If you qualify for a scholarship, please send an inquiry to for more information about reduced fees. Players requesting a scholarship must be registered prior to June 8, 2021.

Registration of your child is not final until payment is received. Unpaid players cannot be placed on a team. Payment is expected by the June 8th registration deadline.

Please consider an optional donation on top of your payment to assist us with supporting our local soccer community. This year, donations will be gratefully accepted at the time of your online registration payment.

Once Registration is Complete

Upon completing registration, please verify through your Sports Connect account that your child shows both the correct registration status and the age division that you intended. If you paid on-line, your child will be immediately Registered.

Be proactive! Please verify your own child’s registration status!

To Our Volunteers

If you volunteered to coach, assistant coach, referee or in any other capacity, THANK YOU. AYSO cannot function without volunteers. Your age-group Division Coordinator will contact you to confirm the commitment and give instructions for completing volunteer registration and necessary training requirements. You can also visit the COACHES or REFEREES area on this Web Site to view this information.

Information about your child’s team will be available during the 3rd week of August after teams have been formed and released to the coaches.

If you are a volunteer without a child in the program, please register using the registration link above and follow the instructions but don’t enter any child information. You will not be charged any fees. Note: You must do this in Sports Connect. No information will be carried over from previous years. Thank you again for helping our kids out!
